USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS

 

  • If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. You further agree that your comments will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website. REVIEW EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • The promoter is EDGE OF STEEL(YIRI AUSTRALIA PTY LTD).
  • In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct or the results of the competition the Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Reviews that do not comply in full with these rules will be disqualified. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for any reason whatsoever in its sole discretion
  • The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend, suspend or terminate this competition without prior notice in the event that circumstances make this unavoidable.
  • The Promoter and its agents accept no responsibility for any technical difficulties experienced in submitting an review to this competition or for reviews not received by the Promoter or its agents due to technical difficulties.
  • All entrants’ personal data will only be held for EDGE OF STEEL and will not be used for any other company whatsoever without their prior permission.
  • Entry into this competition shall be deemed to be a full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  • The Promoter will not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any loss, expense or liability arising from the winner’s use of the prize.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

  • To enter, please send your picture of your reviews(facebook page review and product page review) to info@edgeofsteel.com  Please also include a description of your product letting us know what you thought of it.
  • The event starts at 9am on Tuesday 22nd May 2018 and is ongoing.
  • You must have previously made a purchase from us in order to leave a review and enter the event.
  • No responsibility is accepted for entries which are for any reason whatsoever not received or delivered.

 

PRIZES

  • The prize for this event is Yoshihiro VG10 16Layers Damascus Hammered Petty knife 135mm in a form of our choosing.
  • The event award cannot be modified and is non-transferable
  • The event decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • Should you win the event, you will be required your full details including invoice of your purchase from EDGE OF STEEL that we may require.

 

SELECTION OF WINNERS

  • A judging panel of representatives from the promoter will select the entrant to receive the award based on their order history and reviews. We will choose the winner based on our own personal criteria and our decision is final.
  • All entrants must enter a valid email address in order to claim their prize.
  • The winner will be notified by email. You will not be notified if you are not the winner.
  • The winner’s name will be shared via EDGE OF STEEL Facebook, Instagram and website, and also through any other relevant media channels
  • By entering the competition, you also agree that we can share your submission through our Facebook, Instagram, website and any other relevant media channels
